"The best and the worst"

the care shown to my father in law on itu and in a&e was amazing and I cannot praise the staff in there highly enough and will be eternally grateful however the lack of care and respect given to patients on c1 Kendal was disgraceful. The health care assistants were better than the qualified staff . We are taking this further but something needs to be done about that ward before anyone else's care is compromised
