"Poorly Granddaughter"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital

We visited our GP on Monday. Our daughter had taken Megan on Thursday last week and was told she had a virus. She got much worse over the weekend and we suggested she take her back to the GP, I went with her. We saw an excellent locum who gave her a very thorough examination and then told us she wanted us to take her to Calderdale hospital, Children's Ward (Ward 3). We would like to put on record our thanks for everything your staff did for us on Monday. You gave Megan the best of everything and also the others in her ward. We saw teamwork at its best. From student nurses to doctors, your are all a credit to the NHS. Please pass on our Heartfelt Thanks to everyone on Ward 3. Megan's mum and grandma xx

What lovely feedback, the staff involved will undoubtedly be delighted with your kind words. It is always good to know you are appreciated. We are, however, pleased to hear that Megan was clearly so well looked after, and we sincerely hope she is now fully recovered from her virus. Many thanks for taking the time to post your comments.
