"I felt calm due to the caring staff"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I attended the endoscopy dept in the monklands hospital in late January 2015. From the moment I arrived in the dept I was made very welcome by the staff, the staff were very professional and explained the procedure I would be receiving as well as all the options available to me. During my endoscopy I felt calm and at easy this was due to the highly experienced caring staff.
