About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I have come to the fracture clinic, the reception staff cannot deal with checking me in because they 'have messed up the files'. Last week I was here waiting for more than two hours. Today I have taken the first appointment, and half an hour on am still waiting. StAff including doctors just chatting and giggling away, Ithink this is real lack of sensitivity. Wonder how long I will be waiting today?
