(as the patient),

I would like to write about my experiences Ive had recently at the Alexandra both in Dec and Jan. I can not commend the staff at this hospital enough in the MAU. Ward 9 and recently Ward 17. They were all polite and caring and would go the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable. I would like to personally thank Sarah on Ward 17 for all her kindness.

Please send my thanks to all and I would highly recommend a stay at this hospital based on the professionalism of all the staff. Thank you all!
