"Perfect example of great patient care"

I had an appointment for a hysteroscopy as an outpatient in the gynaecology department. The nurses were both very friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The consultant was also very friendly and made me feel at ease and reassured. He was clear in his explanations and I did not feel rushed like I usually do in hospital appointments. This was a great example of wonderful patient care. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this hospital over any other in the area.
