I was left in a room and was not monitored for hours despite arriving in an amublance on a red call out. I had a black out and fell. The staff laughed and told me to get up and I was too heavy for them to help me. My weight is 50kg, female. I hope the security and managers can see the incident on Cc tv as no incident firm was filled out.'this happened on the 27/1/2015 at approx 7:20 in A&e in the morning. There was one member of staff that refuses to bring me water, she wasn't wearing a name badge and refused to give her name! She told me to go and get it myself! I will hope to persue this further as don't want anyone else to have the same experience. There is a male nurse that seemed to be in charge and refuses to help and was asking me to do and sit in a room I was in pain and has a very high fever, I checked my own temperature and it was 38.5 c
