"Our consultant - We will be forever in your debt"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

We have just bought our son home from the hospital having suffered a brain haemorrhage . He was taken into surgery and operated on and has since made a very good recovery, in just a week. Our consultant was amazing, he did what was best for our beloved son and was kind and very supportive to us as well. We were kept informed the whole time. The staff on ICU were amazing and my so. Reviewed excellent care with the nurses. Back on the neuro science ward he was equally well looked after by a very caring team. The family would like to express our heart felt thanks to you all. Even after a long shift, you were good humoured and caring . You do an amazing job day in and day out. Please keep doing it , as you all make this world a better place .

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a positive piece of feedback, our staff love to know when they have made such a difference to the lives of patients, and to the lives of their families. I am glad to hear that staff cared well for your son during his stay with us, both on Neurosciences Ward and on ICU. I am pleased that you were kept well informed of your son’s treatment, and that you were supported by staff, during what must have been a difficult time. It has been a pleasure to share your thanks with staff teams working in Neurosciences at the john Radcliffe Hospital, and with senior nurses and management. I hope that your son is recovering well.
