Whilst recently going about my usual business, I collapsed whilst driving to High Wycombe, fortunately my wife managed to get me onto the passenger seat and she took over. She then contacted the ambulance service who were very busy being a Friday afternoon. A very professional young gentleman arrived from the Response unite, who took control, doing numerous tests, ECG, Adm. Oxygen etc etc. He was kind, and efficient, giving my wife confidence in his thorough handling, his name was Steve, The ambulance arrived and took me to the hospital, they cared for me as best they could until finding me a bed. I must say the treatment of both nurses and the doctor in charge of Ward 4, were excellent. I was diagnosed with Pneumonia and received excellent treatment from all the nurses and the doctor in charge.
I wish to thank them personally for their care and professionalism. Many thanks.
