"Attentive care"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Been suffering with severe pain for a while, went to my local GP who did the normal checks and decided immediately for myself to be admitted in to hospital. On arrival went to A&E, then immediately went through assessment ward where I was observed professionally and assisted. Couple of hours later taken up to ward 5a, pancreatic ward, where I was looked after. I can honestly say the care received by nurses and doctors was amazing, they were always attentive, worked non-stop to make sure all patients received the best care with genuine enthusiasm, also the hygiene and cleanliness in ward was faultless.
