"A&E Receptionists"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

Went to A&E early Saturday morning with family member. Receptionists were rude and unhelpful, preferring to finish their conversation as opposed to seeing to those that were arriving in front of them. They were not very friendly at all which is not what you want when arriving at A&E. This was a shame as when we eventually went through the medical staff were very professional, helpful and friendly and we experienced no further problems. One thing I would say is that the A&E department appeared pretty empty at this time but it still took ages to be seen.
