"emergency quadruple byoass"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

My father was transferred from Fairfield as an emergency. Staff were sensitive and caring. Operation on january the 19th a sucess. ICU In cardiology were brilliant as were staff on wards 3 and 4. Thank you so much for looking after him. People slate the NHS I personally cannot fault it and long may it continue.

It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to hear that you thought that the care and treatment your father received in Cardiology as well as Wards 3 and 4 were brilliant and that he was well looked after. We can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the Ward managers and to all the staff involved in your father’s care.
