"Excellent staff on ward 10"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I would just like to say thank you to ward 10 at the LRI ,for the way you put my grandson at ease about his operation. You answered his questions honestly and made him feel at ease especially one nurse for making him laugh and the lady who explained about the venflon so well. Although he didn't need the operation in the end I'm sure he won't be so worried in the future if he ever needs anything doing.
