At reception l was greeted with a warm smile and a good morning which made me relax a little ..An hour later l was taken on the ward where l changed into my surgical gown the nurse was very helpful and polite. .short while later the plastic surgeon explained the procedure so professionally ..he was friendly and happy and told me im going to theatre soon...on arrival at the theatre the staff were out of this world with the care and support during my operation which I was awake ..the service was brilliant and team work was unbelievable ..they have got it right ....thanks to everyone .....
