I spent 2 nights on Portman ward following a fracture to my neck of femur last weekend, prior to surgery. The staff without fail were considerate, kind, empathetic and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they ensured I was as comfortable as possible during my time there. I cannot thank them enough.
