I very recently needed copies of my ecg's from two/three years ago when I had attended A&E while on holiday for an acute heart condition. The records were found for me quickly and the person I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. They were forwarded to me by recorded delivery. Exceptional service. I had received first class care back in 2012 in A&E on two occasions in two days and was treat extremely well. I had collapsed in reception with my heart condition and was scooped up and dealt with immediately. The attending Consultant and the rest of the staff were excellent. Thank you.
