"Surgical teeth extraction at Maxillofacial unit"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

On January 5th I attended the clinic run by the Queen Victoria Trust for an assessment. The consultant on duty confirmed my dentist's opinion that 2 teeth needed to be extracted. Luckily there was a cancellation and in the afternoon I had the operation. The consultantl was confident, authoritative, informative and decisive, and friendly. He did the extractions quickly and without the gum incision that my dentist had thought would have been necessary. The two nurses were kind and efficient. First class service. Thank you. P.S Under section 4 below for some reason your web site does not have an entry for Oral and maxillofacial surgery! So I have put "don't know"!

Dr Mr Barnes Thank you for this fabulous review which we will pass onto Queen Victoria Hospital and the team based at Darent Valley Hospital. With regards to your comment about section 4 and the website. The Trust’s website www.dvh.nhs.uk does have a page relating to Oral and Maxillofacial, it is located in the A-Z of services. We are sorry if you could not locate it. With best wishes The Communication Team Darent Valley Hospital
