I have made 4 phone calls to the endocrinology department to chase up an appointment I need due to an ongoing goitre and not one of then has been returned. I have left 2 answer phone messages clearly stating a contract number to reach me on - one of them was over a week ago and the other was 3 days ago. Apart from calling the endocrinology department and taking the trouble to leave voice messages for a call back which may or may not be received what more can I possibly do?
"No call back"
