I came in for a planned operation to have my gallbladder removed and I was treat as a person and not just a number which I respected. The staff in the admissions lounge were great, as were the nurses and doctors in the theatre and recovery room. When I went back to the ward A6 again the care I got was execellant, from the nurses to the ceaners, nothing was too much for them, even though they were all busy. I can't thank them all enough for a good alround service they provided during my stay. You hear all kind of stories through the media but none of it is true as I found out. All the staff do care for their patients in these difficult times. I cannot thank you all enough for what you did, its made my experience an easy one .
"good alround experience"
