"superb treatment for my very poorly little boy"

About: Good Hope Hospital

superb treatment for my very poorly little boy My Little boy was admitted to the Children's A&E on Tuesday 13th January at around 8.30pm, The staff were superb and quickly diagnosed and treated my son for Meningitis. They worked endlessly on him until the Kids Team came and Transferred him to Stoke. The staff kept us fully informed of what & Why they were doing what they were. They also stayed after the shift finished to ensure that my precious little boy was looked after until he was transferred. I cannot express how much I appreciate what the staff did for my little boy as well as all the staff involved from Kids and then at Stoke. Unfortunately my little boy just wasn't strong enough to fight this horrible disease and sadly died on Wednesday 14th January however I am comforted that every single member of staff did there best for my little boy and only wish I could thank them in person. So if you guys are reading this Thank you.

Dear Ms Smith

I'm sorry to read about your loss & please accept my sincere condolences at what must be a very difficult time for you and your family.

That you have taken the time to post your feedback is all the more touching & I will make sure the Childrens A&E team receive this message.

Thank you once again.

Richard
