"Stuck in a queue for hospital parking at Broomfield"

I recently took my nephew to outpatients at Broomfield Hospital.

I dropped him off and attempted to park in the car park opposite. It was completely full and cars were queuing and once in you could not move. After half a hour someone appeared and attempted to get us moving and clear the car park. In the meantime all the people with appointments missed them and some were so stressed they just went home.

Can you imagine that happening at Tescos or B & Q? Disgraceful.
