"I couldn't be more disgusted."

I've been in and out of this hospital, with gallstones, and gallstone related issues for over 10 years now, with the occasional other problem in the meantime, and I've have reached the point where I am now terrified of this hospital. They have made my life a misery, accused me of all sorts, scared the life out of me on more than one occasion, have treated me with little to no dignity and respect, twisted words that have come out of my mouth, and put me in a dangerous position where my mental and physical health is concerned. I have every intention of putting in a formal complaint about my latest stay, where the discharge papers state I was being treated for one thing, when I was actually being treated for another, amongst other issues. I'm disgusted with the entire place. I may state a specific ward, based on my last visit, but my judgement is based on over 10 years of visits to various departments. It's got to the point where, even when I'm in agony to the point of it being unbearable, I still have to try and focus on writing everything down so I have evidence to back up my issues.
