"Today was my second visit to the Ophthalmology..."

Today was my second visit to the Ophthalmology Department at Kettering for on-going investigations to try and determine the cause of bilateral macular scarring. Without exception, each member of staff that I came into contact with - receptionists, orthoptist, nurses, medical students and Consultant were pleasant, respectful and willing to answer my numerous questions without a hint of impatience. My experience of the ophthalmic out-patient department has been very positive. The team as a whole clearly work very well together to provide a great service. Although there remains uncertainty around my eye condition and with more investigations to look forward to, I do feel confident that I am in very good hands. I was very much impressed by the service I received today, Thank you.
