"Surgery access difficult with auditory hallucinations"

About: Kent and Medway

(as the patient),

I have Auditory Hallucinations. The only way to access my GP Practice is phone or call in person to the Practice to make an appointment.

When my AH get closer I cannot use a telephone as the volume of the AH interferes with what the speaker on the other end of the phone is saying to me.

I asked my Surgery to allow me to use email, or text them when my AH are intense, but all I got was No. I complained and little good it did me.

The surgery was and remains unwilling to make any adjustments whatsoever.
