About: Heartlands Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I last saw my consultant in the Urology clinic in November 2012.

Since then I have had five appointments cancelled for my 12 monthly clinic visit. What's going on?

I am sorry to hear about these problems. The best thing to do is contact your consultant's secretary. But if you have already done this or it does not resolve the problems then please contact me and I will get this sorted for you.
