(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Olivia is a staff nurse on Seacole ward who previously studied A level Psychology and Philosphy. We both have an interest in these subjects (I achieved a Degree with honors in these subjects last year). Olivia has helped me to write a reflective journal piece which has helped me to personally express myself. Chris is a patient activity nurse who I have also shared some interesting philosophical discussions with. It is nice to have something in common with staff members.

Make sure that staff have what they need to deliver effective patient care through the successful planning and delivery of services and resources

I am proud of the staff team at The Wells Road Centre. There is a real sense of diversity; they bring a wealth of skills and experience which is beneficial to all patients. I will of course ensure that Olivia and Chris recieve this feedback which I am sure they will find very encouraging.
