"My stay in the primrose ward"

About: Manor Hospital

(as the patient),

I had my first baby in the manor hospital. I have BPD I think this was the reason I was treated horribly and wasn't listened too. My fiance kept explaining to them I wasn't coping and needed pain relief, but they sarcastically told him it was labour so I have to just deal with it. I kept telling them the contractions were a lot more frequent now and very close together but they ignored me i feel and refused me an epidural and told me to have a bath when I got out the bath I told them I needed to push again they told me I didn't and was only in early labour but checked and realised I was right and took me straight to delivery suite where again I was treated horrible.

My fiancé pretty much delivered the baby. The midwife was too busy walking around the room telling me I wasn't supposed to be pushing, I kept telling her I needed too. I still hadn't had any pain relief only gas and air which I told them wasn't helping I kept passing out nearly fell off the bed and my babies heart rate was dropping low.

The midwife still ignored me after having the baby I was sent back to primrose ward kept in 3 days then kept refusing to discharge me not giving me a reason- why just saying they were too busy but were laughing and messing around at the desk.
