About: Lynfield Mount Hospital

I'm disgusted with the care my fiancé received in this godforsaken hospital. The staff do not care about mental illness, they are burnt out, over stretched and disinterested. The incompetence shown by staff is breath taking, as is their utter lack of compassion. This hospital is not fit for purpose and should be shut down, they do more harm than good. Don't let your loved ones come here, it's horrendous.

We are concerned about your difficult experience of our service but thank you for taking the time to comment on this. Low Secure Forensic Service have a system in place where contact is made with any designated carer/significant other as part of the assessment and risk formulation within service. This is further monitored at CPA meetings. We would very much like to invite you to contact us so we can discuss your concerns in person.
