"Treatment in A&E"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

I had to attend A&E with my husband after he had a fall on the ice, his head was bleeding and he was not feeling to well. The care and attention we had were really good and he was given a CT scan to make sure all was well, this reassured us and we were able to go home feeling safe in the knowledge that he was well. The doctor who took care of him kept us informed of everything he was doing at every stage of treatment. Thank you once again.

Dear Madam, Sorry to hear about your husband's nasty fall on the ice - I imagine that was quite an anxious time for your both. Thank you so much for sharing your positive review and giving us then the opportunity to share it with staff in emergency care. I am delighted that you found their comprehensive assessment and information about care and treatment so reassuring. i hope your husband is well on the mend and that he hasn't been in too much pain throughout it all. With all best wishes, Annie
