"Compassionate and caring nurse practitioner"

About: Stirling Community Hospital

(as a relative),

Attended Stirling Community Hospital primary care out of hours service with my wife who had a nasty kidney infection at New Year.

We had fantastic care and attention from one of the emergency nurse practitioners (Fiona I think? ). Very kind and caring, listened really well and gave clear instructions about what to do if things didn't improve.

Just wanted to pass on our gratitude and thanks.

On an improvement note, the waiting area is very cramped. There is quite a lot of space but the seating is all jammed in and you feel like you are right on top of the other people -should be easy to sort?

Thanks very much for your feedback, we will take this opportunity to look at the seating arrangements. I hope your wife has made a full recovery.
