(as the patient),

Of all the times that I have attended hospital in the UK I can say that my experience at the Royal Jubilee was exemplary. In terms of attention to needs, treatment, information and food it was top class.

From the receptionists when my wife and I arrived until leaving, we were treated with the utmost care and respect.

Thank you very much indeed from both of us.
