"No one for me to discuss my problem with"

I was in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital for 10 days of intravenous antibiotics for a chest infection. I was not on the respiratory ward due to lack of beds. The ward I was on was lovely as the staff were very good. My only complaint is that I saw no one from the respiratory team who I could discuss my situation with and would tell me what to expect from the treatment. I was discharged after 10 days and my chest was not checked to see if it was clear and now after 8 days at home I have another chest infection.
