"A good experience when in a bad place"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

This is the second time I have made use of the service, and, as before I found it very good.

The general atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. The sessions were both useful and theraputic. In short, a good experience when in a bad place!
