Smiling phlebotomist, excellent did not feel needle entering. Fed up of NHS not smiling, this one was excellent, and have decided to comment on all happy NHS staff from now on! Well done WSM General. Phlebotomy dept situated near outpatients. This was for bloods prior to appointment with my consultant.
