"Badger clinic nurse was brilliant"

About: Good Hope Hospital

Attended the badger clinic service on a Sunday with my 1 year old after referral by 111. Was ready for it to be rubbish as the staff member who phoned me to tell me to bring her in was so rude. Reception staff also rude and couldn't be bothered. However after about a 20 minute wait we were seen by the nurse who was brilliant. Examined my daughter thoroughly and identified straight away a nasty throat and ear infection. She gave me a prescription and even organised the medicine for us when the local chemists did not have any in stock. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable - a real credit to the hospital. Thank you very much again.

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you very much for your feedback, I will make sure this is passed onto the Badger Service as I am sure they will be pleased to receive this.

Kind regards
