"Accident & Emergency Dept"

About: East Surrey Hospital

I visited Accident & Emergency with my wife on 17/1/15 early evening with very high blood pressure. I was assessed immediately and moved to a waiting area for the various tests. The tests were carried out and l was then moved to a cubicle awaiting the Doctor. Nursing staff regularly took my blood pressure. The Doctor then assessed me and called back latter with the results of the blood test. I was most impressed with the care and support given by all staff in the A&E and the Doctor had time to assess explain to me my condition in a caring manor. The A&E was pristine in cleanliness and was well organised. It was an overall good experience.
