"Thanks for reassurance about my Mri scan"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

(as the patient),

Went on a Sunday at 09:40. Was called on time, hated scanner and got out real quickly.

Was reassured by the operator of the scanner managed to get back in and have scan. Without the young man who reassured me I would have left "scanless".
