From the moment we arrived after a long drive to get to UCH the treatment our son received was excellent - from providing specialist equipment to move him from wheelchair to bed, offering him a trolley/bed to rest from his wheelchair to await his appointment as nil by mouth, to assisting with his personal care, and delivering the endoscopy, he was treated with the utmost respect and dignity, We, his parents, and a carer were involved and informed at every stage. Exemplary in all respects - a big thanks to all.
