"Fantastic Service From Clinics B/C Eye..."

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

The services delivered today by staff from both Clinics was outstanding as always. Arriving at both clinics the communication from the reception staff was very nice and helpful directing myself to the correct place and advising myself of the waiting time. The service I received from the Glaucoma clinic is always outstanding in which the Consultants never fail to make myself feel at ease. The Consultant I seen today was very informal in relation to my eyes, I did not feel rushed, I felt that he made the time to thoroughly check my eyes and answer any relevant questions. I can never fault the care from the clinicians within the Glaucoma clinic. The trust should be very proud of their continuous hard work. I am very appreciative of their care. The waiting time has also decreased since my last visit with around an hour less wait. Thank you for all your continuous hard work!
