"On line self referral"

I phoned 03004 222222 and was cascaded through to podiatry without delay and was dealt with very politely. I needed a self referral appointment. For self referrals my email address was needed to send me an application form. This is all good and no doubt will get me an appointment. I notice however that there is no mention of this route on the front page of your website. Inclusion would avoid your staff fielding avoidable phone calls. I hope this helps Regards Ian McGill
