"Cardiac loop fitted"

About: Warwick Hospital

Having arrived 13.30 was told to wait in wrong place then told 6th in queue we that is my daughter given hard chair to sit on before proceedur no concent. Form given to me as staff did not know proceedur my loop was fitted and scar I could have done better my self what a shambles all round then 7 50 to pay for the pleasure. On my previous unfortunate visits I was taken to Fairfax ward which is a dirty.
