"Exceptional staff"

About: Ripley Hospital

We had cause to visit the minor injuries unit over the Christmas period, and although there was a wait to be treated (understandable and completely acceptable) the staff treating my mum could not have been nicer. They were friendly, patient, understanding and kind - I could not fault any of the care we were given.

Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback and thank you for your understanding regarding the waiting time, we aim to see and treat all people quickly however at busy times or if we have an emergency delays can occur. In 2014 the majority of patients were seen and treated within 2 hours and all but 4 patients had their care completed within 4 hours. We appreciate your lovely comments they will be shared with the team. Regards.
