"Excellent care on the whole"

I had my daughter at Grimsby Hospital last April via emergency section which was very traumatic. I would like to thank two particular midwives on Blueberry ward for how kind they were to me and say how wonderful the care was that they gave me. I received care from another two ladies who were also very nice. There was also a lovely healthcare who assisted with caring for my baby so I could have some much needed rest and this was very much appreciated. The cleaning staff were also lovely - they were friendly and chatty and the place was immaculate. The only complaint I have would be the attitude of a particular healthcare. She was very short and snappy towards us and felt like everything was a chore. It was a very vulnerable time and it wasn't very nice. I haven't felt like I could complain because I am so grateful to the rest of the team for the wonderful help and after the traumatic delivery I am just so grateful that my daughter is ok.
