"Waiting time"

My father was referred by Ealing Hospital to attend Northwick Park Hospital ambulatory Care department on 16th Jan 2015 at 1pm.

We arrived at the reception promptly just before 1pm. We were waiting until 5pm which is when we were seen my the consultant. For 4 hours we were not seen by anyone.

We asked at 3pm and were told we were next but we weren't seen till 5pm.

My father is 80, he didn't have a proper meal and missed his medication. He also has high blood pressure, high cholesterol and his got his kidney removed recently. A wait that long is unacceptable! ! ! !
