"Day surgery"

I attended for a day case procedure on 20th December 2014. From initial outpatient appointment with mr kasis my care has been outstanding. On the morning of the procedure I was told to arrive at 10am. I was swiftly taken away into the unit and had pre-op checks performed. The team of nurses were extremely efficient and reassuring and explained what to expect. In theatre the staff were excellent and put me at ease., a nurse talking to me and taking my mind off the procedure that was done under local anaesthetic. In a little over 3 hours from start to finish I was professionally treated with dignity and respect and discharged with a follow up appointment in out patients Myself, nor my husband cannot speak highly enough of my experience there!
