"No call back"

I called the Outpatients department who transferred my call to the endocrinology and metabolic department for me to have another appointment due to symptoms that are concerning me. The Outpatients secretary called me back and said the secretary at the endocrinology and metabolic department has said she will call me back later that day. I have received no phone call and no answer message. I am distress and in pain and I can do no more until I see a consultant at the department. This is disgraceful. Do you treat all your thyroid patients like this?
