I attended the casualty department as my son had cut his head playing rugby.I was expecting a huge wait and was initially told that the waiting time was one and a half hours.He was seen and treated within this time.The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We have always had similar experiences in this department over the years with various accidents and illnesses.
