The consultant explained the procedure in full allowing me to make an informed decision about my surgery. I felt confident in his ability to achieve great results, this was due to his consistent professionalism and friendly nature. The theatre nurses made me feel comfortable and relaxed as did the anaesthetist, explaining each step that they were taking. The aftercare/recovery team were exceptionally brilliant, looking after me throughout the night and ensuring I was comfortable, clean and offering their assistance. I am extremely grateful to the ENT department.
