"My husband had angiogram at Warwick 17th July 2014..."

My husband had angiogram at Warwick 17th July 2014. Was told he needed further treatment and would be transferred to Coventry.No news followed so I contacted Cov and was told they had no records on him apart from 2009. What has happened to follow up letters from Warwick.?The consultant who saw my husband at Warwick in Nov was surprised he had not heard anything.Repeated telephone calls since and no further news.My husband as coronary heart disease and is not feeling well.It is so frustrating and certainly does not help stress levels.What is so upsetting is that Cov say they have no info.My husband had his first stent 15 yrs ago so should be on the ;record somewhere surely. Regards, worried wife.
