"From start to finish the service was quick"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I fell off a chair backwards and landed on my right shoulder.

Went to Accident and Emergency, and from when I booked myself in I was assessed within 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to see the doctor which then told me I had to have an X-ray. I waited 5 minutes in X-ray then was called back into the doctor for the results to say I had no fractures but tissue damage.

From start to finish the service was quick and I was home within 2 hours.
